Room smelled of bug bombs and bleach. I wouldn't say the room was dirty, but well worn. Time for new furniture and sheets.

Nice place; good room; clean; small breakfast room.

good size room and the facilities were clean. The location is great and close to many shopping areas.

The staff was not friendly, the continental breakfast was meager. There were not many plugs in the room.

I wanted the cheapest room in the area. It was clean and I felt safe.

Wi-Fi worked well. Friendly staff, but room had a weird layout with steep steps.

Modern rooms complete with the bathroom, a queen bed plus kitchenette, very professional and helpful staff. The decoration is nice.

A reasonable visit and service comparing to the price but a little bit too long from Newport.

It was close to the area we were visiting (Mansions).Easy to get to.

It was our 2nd time using this hotel and forgot how small and difficult it was to move about inside it. Bathrooms very small. Could not find ice after I drove around to the front and asked where it was. It was difficult to understand the young lady at the front. We just gave up and drove to a quick mart and bought some. It was worth $49 and we paid over $190.Won't be going back.

Everything felt fresher this time, and the staff was super friendly. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions and enjoying nearby dining options.

Perfectly pleasant overall experience. Stunningly beautiful place to stay 2 miles away from Naval War College. The rooms with toiletries and the bathroom and kitchenette. Location near to the beach is a short drive away and the store. A great selection of food options not too far from the venue;)))

Needs a make over. Bathroom was rusty, the shower curtain rod was ready to collapse, sink was rusted.

The entire facility was disgusting and overpriced.

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to Newport and the affordable price. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. The room size was decent, and it had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. Breakfast options included fresh fruit, assorted breads, and coffee. I did encounter a few issues. The room lacked a safe and there was no hairdryer available. The refrigerator was small and the cleanliness was a concern. I found some minor issues that needed attention. Parking was convenient which I appreciated. I would consider staying again despite the drawbacks.

It was economical and had a good air conditioner.

Looked dingy and needs some updating.
